Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Please note that this is an six day session meeting: Tuesdays, 6/17, 6/24, 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, and 7/29, from 8:00am - 12:00pm. The Yellow Belt functions in a key role in organizational Lean Six Sigma sustainability. During this workshop, you will develop a solid understanding of process improvement techniques and how to utilize those techniques to make effective changes within your organization. In addition, you will become familiar with the fundamental tools associated with Lean and Six Sigma.
