    Megan Braatz

    Megan Braatz comes to the Delafield Chamber of Commerce with 8 years in Finance and over 5 years of Network Marketing and Sales experience. Megan has a degree in Human Resources and Management Development. Megan loves working to provide education opportunities, networking platforms and business growth for the business members of Delafield. One of Megan's favorite pieces of her position is the event planning. Once owning an Event Planning business and working for a large hotel chain in Event Management, Megan loves the Chamber of Commerce events, from start to finish.

    Megan enjoys watching the growth in the Delafield Chamber of Commerce and seeing how the development, referrals and production of the local businesses continue to grow and develop.

  • Event Management and Marketing Assistant

    Nadia Koepke

    Nadia is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a degree in Communication Arts and Religious Studies.  Nadia's professional career has been in real estate and advertising sales for several media platforms. Nadia is looking forward to making a positive impact in this role for the Chamber, its members and the community of Delafield.

  • Administrative Assistant

    Nicki Arsiniega

    With 10 years of experience as a Legislative Aide in Madison and 4 years in management and sales, Nicki is excited to bring her skills and passion to the Delafield Chamber of Commerce. Though she is a licensed cosmetologist, she only practiced briefly before transitioning to work with The Wisconsin State Assembly.

    Nicki has always loved the beautiful Delafield area and is thrilled to be part of the vibrant community that makes it such a special place. She is eager to assist the Chamber’s members, help create exciting events, and increase visibility for all the amazing businesses in the area. Nicki looks forward to contributing to the growth and success of Delafield and being part of all the great things to come!
