The Delafield Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors are a hard working, dedicated team, made up of chamber member business representatives. The Board of Directors work closely together to support all of the diverse mix of businesses found in their membership. The Delafield Board of Director support all of our businesses, represent our Chamber as a leader and Chair events yearly. Board Members are both ethical and fiscally responsible and focused on the wellbeing of the Delafield Chamber of Commerce.
The Delafield Chamber of Commerce Board Meetings are the 2nd Thursday of Each Month, 8:00 AM at Digital Media Lab- Open to any Chamber Member.

President: Dawn Geeleher, Response Realtors
Dawn comes to Response Realtors with an extensive background in mortgage and lending having served as the Chief Financial Officer for a mortgage company in Alexandria, VA for 11 years. She has also worked in property management and community relations before getting her real estate license. She is detailed oriented and takes pride in the quality time and attention she invests in each clients’ specific needs. Whether you are buying or selling a home Dawn can help make the process a successful one.
Vice President: Tina Szada, SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County
Tina Szada is VP of Operations/Owner of SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County and SERVPRO of Jefferson County/Oconomowoc. Tina is a graduate from Mount Mary University where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Art Therapy. Tina worked many years in healthcare primarily at ProHealth Care and Rogers Memorial Hospital. For the last 10 years she has been busy full-time running a restoration company with her husband Todd. Tina and Todd own SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County and in 2018 purchased SERVPRO of Jefferson County/Oconomowoc. SERVPRO is a fire and water cleanup and restoration company that helps people who experience damage to both residential and commercial properties. Other lines of service that SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County offers is asbestos abatement, mold remediation and deodorization.
Tina believes that owning a company also includes giving back and helping the communities in which they serve. SERVPRO has sponsored many events in Delafield as well as volunteered at those events. Every March SERVPRO has a Bean Bags Tournament in which the proceeds go to help a non-profit organization. SERVPRO has donated to Rogers Memorial Hospital, Susan G Komen, National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, The Humane Society of Jefferson County, and HAWS of Waukesha County.
When not busy with managing her business, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two dogs. She enjoys traveling, golfing, and going ATVing up north. Tina is also involved in a booster club at her son’s high school and is an executive board member in Jefferson.
Treasurer: Claire Albrecht, Town Bank
Claire Albrecht is the Market Manager for the Delafield branch of Town Bank. She has worked for Town Bank since 2013 and has been in various positions in the banking industry for the past 12 years. Claire loves being able to work directly with her clients daily, help to advise and support their financial needs-whatever they may be. Whether your business needs to refinance its office building, or your child needs a new savings account, Claire and the team at Town Bank are happy to sit down and speak with you.

Peggy is the vice president of Digital Media Lab, has over 25 years of Digital Marketing experience, and has a passion for helping businesses grow their online presence. Peggy loves working with local businesses on all levels to help them meet their digital goals. She currently leads all Digital Workshops for the Digital Media Lab and works with a variety of local and National businesses on strategy, digital how-tos and digital coaching.

Katelynn Cutts is co-owner of Resistance Exteriors LLC which has been servicing Delafield since 2014. She has a passion for educating homeowners with solutions to their exterior problems. She loves challenges and learning new things and is always looking for ways to improve her skills or improve the community. Providing an honest, quality service, with exceptional customer service is important to her and her business.
Samantha Parent, Judson Real Estate
After a career in Foodservice & Operations, Samantha has joined the Judson team as a Portfolio Manager. As an early career professional, she is a proven leader & team contributor who quickly becomes an asset to her work. Samantha has been a part of the Delafield Chamber of Commerce since 2018 when she first got involved through the educational & leadership opportunities the Chamber has to offer. When she is not working in commercial real estate, you can find her working on her Food Blog and fueling her entrepreneurial spirit. Her favorite part about being a Board Member is being able to be involved in such a great community as well as . . . of course the events! Samantha loves to meet over coffee and make new connections.
Cameron McFarland, MSI General
Cameron McFarland is a Project Director at MSI General, a Design Build Construction firm located in Nashotah. He is responsible for maintaining client relationships, including developing strategic new relationships. He manages all aspects of commercial design/build construction, keeping the project within budge
t and schedule. Cameron ensures all team members, clients, subcontractors, and consultants are kept informed and updated on job progress. Cameron has been an active member of the chamber for the past four years, where he has enjoyed fostering new long-lasting relationships while volunteering his time to the chamber.
Dr. Jen Baum, Delafield Chiropractic
Dr. Jenifer Baum, D.C, CACCP is lifelong lake country resident and a chiropractor that went to school at Palmer College of Chiropractic. She received honors in academic excellence, patient care and assisted in the rehabilitation and therapy department. While in the rehabilitation department, Dr. Baum worked with other Chiropractors that specialized in sports rehabilitation and learned how to use instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization tools to help athletes and other individual’s recovery from previous injuries. Dr. Baum brought these tools to Delafield Chiropractic to enhance patient care. Dr. Baum's Adjusting techniques include Gonstead, Diversified and Thompson (The Palmer Package) along with extremity adjusting (ankles, knees, wrist, arms, etc.) Dr. Baum Recently received her Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP) in the international Chiropractic Pediatric Association's (ICPA) renowned Certification Program. This certification enables Dr. Baum to expand her range of care to individuals throughout pregnancy and childhood with excellence and in accordance with evidence-informed practice. Dr. Baum is extremely passionate about pregnancy and pediatrics and women's health in general, which is what led her in the direction of completing this 200-hour curriculum to specialize in those areas. When Dr. Baum is not seeing patients, she enjoys spending time with her Husband Craig, Daughter Isabella, Dog Kona and 2 cats, working out, volunteering, being on the board of directors for the Delafield Chamber, traveling, and going to sporting events. And of course, the Packers are her favorite team! Dr. Baum is excited to return to the lake country area, to serve and contribute back to the strong and growing community!
Katy Tessmer, Bark River Realty
Katy Tessmer is a local Realtor with Bark River Realty-Keller Williams Lake Country. Her Real Estate clients know her as patient, pro-active, creative, and determined in getting them the right home or selling their home. Her goal in real estate is finding families not only the right home but the right community for their lifestyle. In her free time she is generally with her two children having fun outdoors in the local parks or on the lake! Her favorite part of being a Delafield Board member is participating actively in all the wonderful events Delafield hosts! These events bring the whole Lake Country Community together!
Andres Garcia, Humane Animal Welfare
Andres is the Field and Facilities Manager at the Humane Animal Welfare Society, has 8 years of Non-Profit experience. His interest in Animal Behavior got him to move to Waukesha and attend Carroll University. Once there he interned at HAWS and fell in love with the organization and its mission and has been working for HAWS since 2013. He was looking for a way to become a more active member in the community and joined to board to start helping with and attending local events.
Karrmin Temple, Delafield Lakes/Delafield Woods
Jenny Nelson, Rural Mutual Insurance
Jenny Nelson is a local Insurance Agent with Rural Mutual Insurance Company. She brings a background of 15 years in the financial, mortgage and insurance industries. Her company and personal mission parallel the Delafield Chamber with a commitment to the community they serve, bringing people together and support of our local businesses. Jenny has donated monetarily as well as her spare time to Lake Country Caring and HAWS of Waukesha County.
With a degree in Event Management she provides an additional asset to the Delafield Chamber event planning process.
Whether serving on the board, out in the community, working with her current and prospective clients, relationship building, integrity and candor are important to Jenny both personally and professionally.

The Delafield Chamber Board evolves annually, with Elections every April to fill open terms when required.
