A Time to Awaken with Amy and Meg

Join us for a 7 week exploration what it means to be a soul in a human body and how we can co-create a healthier life! We will begin this series with a life-changing book while also bringing the shared wisdom of Amy and Meg. This group will awaken those areas of ourselves that are ready to come to life and lead each other to our highest potential! Stages of Soul by Father Paul Keenan In this unique contribution to literature on the soulful life, Father Paul Keenan eloquently maps the seven stages the human soul takes on its journey toward a deep reengagement with everyday life. This wise, accessible, and inclusive book gives hope to people in pain by providing them with the specific ways in which the soul progresses from feeling lost to being reenchanted with life. Real-life stories and words of wisdom illuminate each stage. What is unique about this group is that we will be stretching our minds and hearts to gain greater understanding of how the experiences of our lives have moved us into a greater sense of well-being or held us in stages of confinement.
