But each moment spent in distraction and fear, worrying about the future and regretting the past, is a moment spent unaware of the present – and the experience of peace and joy found there. Come learn how to achieve the mental state of mindfulness. Explore how to increase your awareness of what is going on within you and happening around you from moment to moment, without judgment or preconceived notions.
